Pressure washing for East Valley homes — driveways, patios, block walls, pool decks and single-story house washing. Send a few photos, get a quote back, pick a time.
What we clean
Different surfaces need different treatment. Painted stucco and siding get detergent at low pressure and a gentle rinse — too much pressure strips paint and drives water in behind the wall. Concrete is where the high pressure belongs, worked in overlapping passes so it dries even instead of striped.
Stucco, block, brick and painted siding. Detergent goes on at low pressure and gets rinsed down — it lifts the monsoon dust film off west-facing walls and the white hard-water spotting where sprinkler overspray hits. Single-story only, and no roofs.
Worked in steady overlapping passes so it dries even, with no stripes left behind. Oil and transmission stains pre-treated, plus the caliche and rust staining that drip irrigation leaves on concrete.
Block walls, wood and composite decking, pavers, travertine and cool decking. Pressure dialed down for pavers so the joint sand stays put.
